    The specific image to which you refer is from Australia, specifically the Wandjina tribe. Images that have been interpreted as aliens or ancient astronauts exist in Peru, the British Isles, Japan and Egypt as well.

    Ancient drawings of these strange red humaniod figures have been found in North Africa’s Tassili Mountains, Sego Canyon in Utah, the Spanish caverns of Ojo Guarea and Altamira, in France the caves of Lascaux and Font de Gaume, as well as caves on the islands of Hispaniola and Puerto Rico.
